Job Summary:
As a member of the healthcare consulting team, an 'Associate - Healthcare Consultant' will work in the diverse global healthcare market and actively contribute to consulting assignments with Milliman offices or practices. The environment is fast-paced and innovative.Our team is highly self-directed. The Associate - Healthcare Consultant should be able to collaborate on developing the project plan, design research strategy, summarize key insights, support drafting reports and presentations for consulting projects, and understand Quality Risk Management's responsibility in project monitoring.
The successful candidate should have rich clinical experience, awareness of healthcare shifts and trends happening in US and international markets, a good understanding of medical coding, and excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
