JD :Legal & Compliance Head Experience – More than 5 years Qualifications – CS + LLB ( Company Secretary with LLB ) Company industry – Start-ups, Law firms, PE and VC Industry Location : Surat Some key qualities we are looking – 1. Handling of all legal documents of Investee Company’s investment, like SSSHA, CCD agreements, etc. 2. Compliances of SEBI AIF and its investment policies 3. Drafting and finalizing the Term Sheets and business agreements. 4. ROC, IPR and Company law work 5. Co-ordination with external law firms 6. Coordination with investors and founders for closure of investment. 7. Handling of GIFT city Fund compliances. 8. Post Investment compliances.
