JOB OVERVIEW We are hiring an Inside Sales Lead for our team located in Bangalore. Our dream candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for value proposition.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Connect with potential clients via call. - Pitch them about our services. - Ensure the Clients sign up and post there requirement on our platform. -Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM. -Understand Inbound lead's requirements, connect and qualify them. -Develop and execute strate that will help build quality pipeline via prospecting with customers.

DESIRED SKILLS Should have strong understanding of B2B market Should have strong understanding of Inside Sales metrics to drive growth Ability to grow rev Share of Wallet(SOW) for existing set of accounts thorough offline and online activities Strong presentation/analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills. Should be keen to make calls on a daily basis.
