Job Summary As the Manager of Transaction Processing, you'll lead the charge in leveraging cutting-edge technology and digital solutions to revolutionize daily mutual fund purchase applications. You'll orchestrate seamless processes, implementing advanced transaction management systems and drive process automation to ensure swift processing, impeccable data integrity, and strict regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise the digital processing of mutual fund subscriptions across diverse channels, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and prompt execution. 2. Collaborate with banking and relationship management units to orchestrate a seamless flow of transactions and facilitate client reporting through cutting-edge digital platforms. 3. Drive the implementation of top-tier transaction management practices and digital workflows, optimizing efficiency and minimizing errors. 4. Partner closely with tech experts to scout and deploy automation solutions, elevating service benchmarks and slashing operational costs. Maintain stringent adherence to SLAs, TATs, and operational protocols, balancing cost-efficiency with service excellence. 5. Cultivate robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering frictionless investor servicing experiences in the digital realm. 6. Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: Accumulate 5+ years of experience in the BFSI sector, specializing in mutual fund operations and transaction processing. 3. Leadership: Demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing top-tier teams. 4. Skills: a. Analytical Expertise: Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving prowess. b.
