Roles and Responsibilities:
As a SAP VIM Consultant you will be a key player in ensuring the efficiency and optimization of our financial modules. Your responsibilities include:
Analytical Support:
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve business process or functional application problems reported by endusers.
Provide strategic insights to overcome challenges and ensure the seamless operation of financial modules.
Prescriptive Expertise:
Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate actions for bug fixes upgrades updates and configuration changes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing actionable recommendations.
User Training and Support:
Assist in the training and support of endusers on the effective utilization of SAP VIM SAP FI and Open Text modules.
Empower users to achieve business objectives and enhance operational efficiency through comprehensive support.
ERP Mastery:
Showcase expertise as an ERP Finance module specialist particularly in SAP VIM.
Navigate complexities ensuring the optimal functioning of financial systems and processes.
Process Optimization:
Utilize excellent knowledge in Business Process mapping and configuring environments.
Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to overall business objectives.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be prepared for a facetoface interview at IBM locations based on account requests.
Day 1 reporting is mandatory postobligation.
