Role Description

This full-time on-site Senior Client Support Executive role requires that the person be located in Mumbai. The Senior Client Support Executive will have to collaborate with the sales teams, providing information such as client details and facilitate a smooth experience for clients. Role also includes interacting with clients, including answering phone and email inquiries, schedule and manage client appointments, and coordinate with the back-end team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
• At least three years of experience in mutual funds industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi as well as other languages
• Familiarity with relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Good at problem-solving and decision-making
• High-level attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities for building productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
