Position: Finance Executive / Assistant Manager Location: Bengaluru ( Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore Rural District)

About The Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager to lead and manage multiple operations of accounts. Broad Responsibilities will include Accounts receivable, Taxation, Audit coordination, and General Ledgers.

Key Responsibilities · Maintain all records like Invoices, agreements, contracts, Sales Order etc, · Collection from customers, posting in Ledgers, reconciliation Customer Ledger, · Maintain Sales Registers, · Banking works like liaison with Banks, documentation, · Making Journal entries, · Maintenance of General Ledger hygiene, · Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Fixed Assets, · All Statutory payments along with Challans and compliance with requirement, · Handle monthly and annual closing activities, · Familiarity with FEMA compliance like EDPMS, IDPMS, · Familiarity with GR waiver, · Supporting in Statutory audit and Internal Audit.

Key Requirements

Work experience as an Accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including INDAS Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP or Dynamics. Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables Good communication and interpersonal skill Women candidates preferred
