Job description
'1.Develop and implement execution plan to achieve retail spends target through segmented & targeted programs
2.Monitor portfolio spends program execution, measure outcomes and ensure feedback loop on learnings is completed with program owners to fine tune approach for future programs
3.Identify credit limit Increase opportunities & execute CLI program for the Portfolio
4.Manage authorization and identify opportunities to improve authorization rate by working
with key stakeholders - Risk/IT to improve decline rate & gaining spends
5. Drive higher UPI penetration on Rupay card portfolio and drive UPI spends through segmented programs
6. Monitor changes to regulatory guidelines with regards to card usage and ensure timely compliance
7. Ensure proper documentation of program level data and business processes for audit readiness
8.Devise and implement portfolio level rewards and loyalty programs to manage redemption rates within overall assigned budgets
9.Manage agency relationships for rewards fulfillment and ensure their service delivery levels are in line with agreed SLAs
10.Work with Cross functional team of IT and Finance to ensure proper reporting of rewards
11.Monitor critical metrics like budget adherence, redemption rates and cost per point
12. Drive top-line growth of cross sell products through effective portfolio interventions and manage the P&L of all cross sell products
13. Recommend and deploy new strategies and direct marketing initiatives, based on customer analytics, that drive incremental customer revenue/volume
14. Ensure deployment of Minimum Benchmark rate for Cross Sell products as per mandate
15. Lead Channel Management to drive efficiencies between online and tele-sales for achieving cross-sell volumes
16. Devise and Implement strategy to ensure Term NEA targets are met as per MOU
17. Ensure process documentation, audit and compliance adherence
