Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join us as a Process Controller.

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes within the Billing,

Cash Apps, Payroll, and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with

established standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

 Lead and manage a team comprising Billing, Cash Apps, Payroll, and Accounts Payable

professionals.

 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of

accountability and continuous improvement.

2. Process Optimization:

 Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and

efficiency gains.

 Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance overall operational

effectiveness.

3. Quality Assurance:

 Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and adherence to

company policies and industry regulations.

 Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor the quality of work produced by the

teams.

4. Performance Management:

 Set performance goals and KPIs for the teams, regularly monitoring and evaluating

performance against these metrics.

 Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and

performance.

5. Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

 Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and

ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and meet

business objectives.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

 Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, highlighting key metrics

and areas for improvement.

 Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.

Qualifications :

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and US- CPA, and MBA (from Top 5 Premier institutes)..

 15 + years of progressive experience, with a significant portion in a large-scale BPO organization

handling Billing, Cash Apps, Payroll, and Accounts Payable processes.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Proven track record of process optimization and driving operational excellence.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
