We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

- Understand clients' needs and objectives and propose solutions that meet their requirements.

- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.

- Prepare regular reports and updates on key account status and sales performance.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's products and services.
