Job description

Worked in production areas like dispensing &Granulation (wet, Dry & Direct

Compression).

To ensure of weekly granulation schedule is achieved with trained manpower, approved

material, machine and with the guidance of granulation in charge.

Compliance of the requirement of cGMP.

Co-ordinate with maintenance department for day today job and major breakdown.

Maintaining of discipline and safety features during working.

To trained the workers, staff regarding the sops, on job training and evaluation of thesame.

Online filling the batch card, logbooks and other documents related to granulation area.

To check such as area environment, temperature and relative humidity.

To improve the yield of the product and cost reduction during granulation activity.

To take necessary measures to prevent accident/incident and help in

accident/incident investigation.

To ensure to be carried out against deviation, out of specification, failure

investigation, incident management etc. And to monitor corrective and

preventive action.
