Key Outcomes/Responsibilities we look for: The Manager, People and Culture at Muskaan Dreams will play a pivotal role in driving organizational values and culture. The incumbent will be responsible for team engagement, performance management, training and development, HR policies and compliance, payroll management, and talent acquisition.
- Organizational Culture:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Organize and participate in cultural and team-building events to foster camaraderie and a sense of belonging among team members.
- Actively engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns, addressing any issues that may impact the organizational culture adversely.
- Team Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement programs that align with the organization's values and goals.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to create initiatives that enhance team collaboration and communication.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement a robust performance management system, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance management processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, offering recommendations for professional development.
- Training & Development:
- Assess the skills and development needs of employees through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Design and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans for employees.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Review and update HR policies regularly to ensure alignment with legal requirements and organizational needs.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and address any potential issues.
- Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and labor laws that may impact payroll processes.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Build a talent pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future positions.

Qualifications - Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of architecting and embedding extensive organizational cultures and visions in previous roles, showcasing a tangible impact on workplace dynamics and mission alignment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing team Learning & Development initiatives, showcasing a commitment to enhancing team capabilities and skill development.
- Proven track record of actively driving and executing employee engagement programs, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective feedback loops within the organization, fostering continuous communication and improvement.
- Experienced in managing employee rating systems, ensuring fair and constructive evaluations that contribute to individual growth and overall organizational success
