Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Human Resources will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the HR strategy . This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing HR functions in a software development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.

Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal processes that align with company goals. Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and professional development. Identify and address performance issues proactively.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures. Work closely with finance to budget and forecast HR-related expenses.

HR Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies and procedures. Oversee the development and implementation of HR-related training programs.

Payroll Operations: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts. Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on HR-related matters. Participate in organizational planning to ensure HR support for growth and change.

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role. Solid exposure to HRBP, HR operations and stake holder management is a must Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Experience in the software industry or a technology-driven environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
