Role Description

The Golkonda Hotel is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Hyderabad. In this full-time on-site role, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist with the day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurant. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask effectively
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory, cost control, and menu planning
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English and Telugu is required
