Job description

Driven by excellence, we are looking for a Jr. Qualitative Researcher . One who loves solving problems, is high on EQ & comes with a high sense of ownership. Excellent communication skills are a must along with knowledge of Human Resources.

This position requires a sound foundation on qualitative and quantitative research principles and concepts. You will be required to work and assist on Strategic HR projects, run in-depth interviews and mine insights, run Culture Study Dipsticks', and conduct Quantitative Investigation and Analysis of data collected or received.

Day-to-day activities will include coordinating with clients, data crunching (both qualitative and quantitative), creating research instruments, conducting interviews and focus group discussions and deciding the appropriate research methodology to achieve the overall research objective(s).

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Creating and charting out relevant research strategies for projects.

2. Collecting data through questionnaires and conducting interviews/focus groups discussions

3. Analysis of Primary and Secondary Data, using Qualitative and Quantitative techniques.

4. Creating graphs and leveraging data visualization tools and techniques for presentations.

5. Providing strategic recommendations pertinent to key stakeholders based on insights gathered.

6. Assisting in creating and creating decks, pitches, reports and documents for the research project.

7. Assisting and spearheading innovative internal research projects .

Qualifications and Skill:

1. A Masters in Psychology/Sociology or an equivalent degree in Human Resources.

2. Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data sets .

3. Basic Knowledge or genuine interest in Human Resources and People Analytics .

4. Proficiency with IBM SPSS is desirable. Knowledge of any other programming language or software is a plus.

5. A working knowledge and understanding of MS Excel would be a plus.
