Job Summary Responsible for all aspects system administration and support including hardware maintenance, system integration, system architecture and configuration, network stability and system performance. Acts as leader of the group on assigned projects, provides project coordination among team members. Has depth and breadth of experience in own discipline. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise. Job Description Core Responsibilities Good knowledge on Software Packaging, Batch Powershell scripting, OS image Engineering, software and patch deployment - ideally with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and related technologies . Exposure on MS Intune and troubleshooting Issues with SCCM/Intune Application Deployment Working on SCCM client health remediation, vulnerability remediation and preparing compliance reports Working on Incidents, Requests and Tasks pertaining to custom reporting, Application packaging, deployments, patching and other SCCM related issues Creation of installation manuals, guidelines, concepts, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles Collaborate with Cross functional Teams and 100% adherence to Processes and IT Change management in day to day operational activities. Employees at all levels are expected to: Proven experience of SCCM with software packaging, batch scripting, OS image Engineering, software and patch deployment Commitment to learning new technologies and keeping abreast with mission critical Microsoft and associated technologies Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills Ability to dynamically adapt to the business changing needs or requirements Self-driven and ability to proactively apply knowledge to improve existing processes and solutions of Sky Ability to improve the technical expertise of peers via the development of product related intellectual capital and mentoring new hires, if needed Good to have understanding of MAC and JAMF infrastructure Oral and written English communication skills Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai Mode: Hybrid Disclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
