Role : Trainer for levis Exclusive Stores Managing training at Levis Exclusive Retail Stores Qualifications and Education Requirements: Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline, preferably Fashion, Retail, Business Management and Hospitality with 0-1 year of relevant experience
Key Result Areas: Training Facilitation & Delivery – Product / Process / Soft Skills / Customer Experience – Across Online, Classroom & OJT formats Driving & Supporting Store KPIs – Through Training Delivery and On the Job Mentoring Sessions in close coordination with Business and Levi’s team Successful Execution of Training Initiatives and Learning Events d. Driving employee retention and engagement at Stores & Supporting the Reward and recognition initiatives. e. Driving the In Store Trainer Program Key Activities: Induction and Onboarding of store teams Training Need Identification of the Store Teams. c. Training Documentation- Calendar/ MIS, Report Analysis & Interpretation and Maintaining Training Records d. Stake Holder Management – Working closely with the Regional Manager of Levi’s Team & Franchisee Team, to ensure that agreed goals are achieved e. Employee engagement activities-Reward and Recognition. f. Supporting the Regional Training lead for learning events/initiatives, online programs, etc. g. Adherence to the Training Processes Key Stakeholders and Network Store Team- Stylist and Store Manager MSF team- MSF Business Head, Cluster Managers Competency and Skillsets: Functional / Operational Business Acumen- Understanding of Retail/ Fashion* L&D Acumen- Program Delivery Communication and Presentation Skills Proficient in MS Excel Proficient in MS PowerPoint People and Self Ability of manage matrix relationships Working with people Time management Confident and Self- Starter Willing to travel 10-12 days a monthJob tags
