Job description
• RAM (Rural Activity Manager) is responsible for Activity Business
for the state.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers, ASMs for the Target
planning & execution of Activity ( Rural/Outdoor/industrial) and
generating Enquiries.
• Implement the Activity Calendar for the state dealerwise for the
year & ensure that every dealer is conducting atleast 1 Activity
as per SOP in a Quarter.
• Liase with respective CSMs for daily activity schedule as per
calendar – Started/ postponed/cancelled status & highlight
areas of improvement.
• Daily report & coordination with RM & HO on the Activity &
Enquiry generation & Business.
• Coordination with Lead Mgmt & HO for Enquiry treatment &
conversion to improve business volumes.
• Train the Rural DMAs from time to time on how to get more
enquiries, conversions and conducting Activity as per SOP.
• Review with ASMs (regular) on how to better the activities
conducting and get more business in their hubs.
• Track, Measure and Monitor the DMA productivity and Rural
CSM productivity, if any so as to make it a plus for the Region.
• Initiate and create new and different methods of Rural Activity
effectiveness from time to time.
• State Wise Yearly and monthly sales plan for the entire state
