'Role Overview : 

We are actively seeking dynamic Marketing Executives to join our Sales and Marketing team, with a primary focus on lead conversion and driving revenue growth in the luxury and premium segments. We value professionals with a strong educational background, outgoing personality, and relevant experience.


Job Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Lead Conversion Expertise :
• Utilize persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to effectively convert leads into sales.
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, ensuring our products seamlessly fit into their requirements.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Regularly engage with Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to establish and nurture relationships.
• Conduct daily office visits, maintaining meticulous records of all activities.
• Travel frequently to meet clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term relationships.
3. Team Collaboration :
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Cross Functional teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with the designing team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
4. Data Management and Analysis :
• Efficiently handle data related to customer interactions, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze customer activities to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
5. Innovative Business Solutions :
• Uphold a customer-centric approach by identifying and solving problems, going beyond mere product sales.
• Explore innovative ways to enhance customer experiences, offering bespoke solutions that align with unique preferences.
