Overview
As a Python Developer at our company, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of various applications and systems using Python programming language. You will work closely with the software development team to create efficient, scalable, and secure solutions, contributing to the overall success of our projects and products.
Key Responsibilities - Developing and implementing web-based applications using Python and Django framework
- Writing efficient, reusable, and testable code
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Integration of data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, and cloud storage
- Creating and maintaining APIs for various applications
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Working with version control systems, such as Git, for code management
- Documenting software and ensuring code documentation is up to date
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Contributing to a positive and innovative work environment
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Python and its libraries, such as Django and Flask
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience in working with Linux environments
- Ability to solve complex problems and think critically
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience in creating and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
