Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Developer to join our team. As an IT Business Developer with at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base in the technology sector. Your strong understanding of IT products and services, coupled with excellent sales and relationship-building skills, will be vital in identifying opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry to expand the company's client portfolio. 2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and analyse competitors' activities. 3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organisations. 5. Understand clients' requirements and pain points, and offer tailored IT solutions to address their business challenges effectively. 6. Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to create compelling proposals and project estimates. 7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our IT products and services. 8. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both the clients and the company. 9. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless project handover and successful project implementation. 10. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 11. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions to the management team. 12. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record as an IT Business Developer or in a similar IT sales role for at least 3 years. 2. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions across various domains. 3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. 4. Familiarity with different sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and client relationship management. 5. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities to engage and influence potential clients. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-driven approach. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage leads and opportunities. 8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.

Working Conditions:

- Work Schedule: 6 days per week. - Compensation: The salary package for this position will be best as per industry standards, based on experience and qualifications. - Other Benefits: As per the company's policy and industry standards.
