Role: Partner Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Job Description:
LeadSquared is looking for a Partner Operations Manager who will be managing
the entire life cycle of the partners with LeadSquared.
Role:
One should be able to interact with the C-level managers of Partner
organizations for the following-
. Partner is able to upload the lead, and see the required reports.
. Ensure all payments from the time the deal is closed, all the payment
processing internal mapping is handed by the person
. 3) Put operations excellence in terms of what kind of data points we need
to review with partners like Rythm, Calls, MIS,
The ideal candidate will have -
. Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects and engagements.
. Strong organizational skills with an ability to bring order within chaos,
and predictability within ambiguity.
. Passion for making partners succeed.
. 8-12 years experience in a partner operations function in a software
company (mandatory)
. Strong presentation, excel, verbal and written communication skill.
