Manage a portfolio of national premium accounts like a seasoned chef along with exceeding goals for retention, development, and maintenance Own the complete P&L across partners effectively Manage and coordinate onboarding, POS integration, menu changes, and operational performance metrics Gather restaurant feedback and provide recommendations for improvements Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to keep restaurants informed and positioned for success Zeal for building deep, mutually beneficial relationships that are not transactional in nature Analytical rigour to understand data and identify growth opportunities for your partners Proactive, and not reactive - to identify restaurant issues and get them resolved Work-life integration – we are in the hospitality business, we work when our customers celebrate; be prepared to be ‘switched on’ during our largest festivals, and holidays
