Job description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive and senior
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare reports and documents as and when required
Assist in organizing events
Helping the department heads as and when required
Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system
