Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UX / UI Designer to join our team at Intriants services, a recruitment and staffing company. As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for a variety of digital products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX / UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX / UI design projects.
- Proficiency in user experience design principles and best practices.
- Expertise in user interface design, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
- Experience in conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design.
- Translate user research and data insights into actionable design improvements.
- Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
