About the role

As a marketing consultant you are required to lead the daily management of all client operations and marketing requirements. You will need to understand the business goals of clients and help execute the marketing strategy with a team of designers, content writers and other marketing partners. You will also play a key role in the ideation and development of clients' content strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Champion customer experience by delivering marketing outcomes for clients
• Establish processes and manage the smooth functioning of design, content and creative units
• Develop and implement marketing solutions based on the business goals of clients
• Support the overall marketing strategies across content, social, PR and events
• Build strong and lasting client relationships by owning and delivering customer success
• Demonstrate the measures of success for clients via predefined KPIs and goals

Requirements:

• Understanding of digital marketing and content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and translate client requirements to outcomes
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, content or PR
• A basic understanding of B2B marketing is preferred
