Job description
Key Responsibilities -
Responsible for managing the new business & Ops KPI ensuring regular traction /Governance to meet the month targets Driving critical Ops parameters including Persistency, Grievance, Leakage Strengthening business partner relationship with regular engagement with TPP head/ ZVP/Distribution head ensuring Monthly FWG (Functional work group) meeting with bank to discuss the operational KPI (Issuance M0/M2, Persistency, E2R, Claims, Free-look retention) Engage regularly with business partners to monitor and improve performance. Ensuring Regular governance through Central/Zonal Weekly/ Monthly FWG (Functional work group) meeting with Zonal/central Bank & Distribution teams to discuss the operational KPI (M0& M2, Persistency, E2R, Claims, Business leakage, customer retention) Responsible for managing the new business issuance for the channel/zones by ensuring daily traction on wip for channel/zone to meet the month targets Driving wip clearance through Zonal/Circle CET teams to clear field wip/ drive high ageing cases. Responsible for driving the 13th month and 15th M Persistency for the channel Weekly Governance calls through central/zonal calls with ZVPs/TPP team/Distribution and Axis CET team Driving Bottom performing locations through regular intervention through ZVP/TPP and distribution head Ensuring a daily traction with Hub teams to ensure all Grievances reported for zone are been taken up with sales team on daily basis Ensure that the customer meeting is done on the grievances been reported over email by customer and responsible for retaining the customers with help of Hub team/RAs Drive Preventive campaigns to reduce the mis-selling grievances for the zone. Develop team members to perform effectively and efficiently Ensure coaching, role rotation and training interventions to help Hub Managers with readiness for new assignmentsDriving Employee engagement and implement strategic initiatives to achieve high ESAT scoresJob tags
