Requirements

• Activities :
• Direct acquisition of new high-value clients (members, delegates, co-chairs, memberships and sponsorship for the events and the Club);
• Develop and nurture business relationships with existing Club Members to identify opportunities to upsell;
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, cold-call and generate leads;
• Helping to produce high-quality real estate investor forums, by confirming relevant senior players for the events;
• Extend operational & client servicing support at events;
• Support in other internal processes of the area and monitoring of deliveries to customers;
• Provide daily/weekly reporting of sales success and status updates as required by management;

Skills:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate degree with at least 4+ years of prior experiences in sales/ account management;
• Fluency in verbal & written english communication;
• Excellent telephone etiquette;
• IT fluency. Familiarity with CRM software reporting;
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive;
• Ability to connect and build relations with CXOs of customer organizations.
