Role - Design thinker
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to conceptualize innovative demos that illustrate the capabilities and benefits of products or solutions.
2. POV Creation: Develop POV demos that effectively communicate the value proposition, addressing specific pain points, challenges, or objectives of target audiences.
3. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of POV assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible for presentations and client engagements.
4. Technical Proficiency: Collaborate with technical experts and possess a deep understanding of the technology or product being demonstrated. Be able to create interactive and engaging demos across various platforms.
5. Content Creation: Create multimedia content, including videos, interactive presentations, simulations, and prototypes to convey the message effectively.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and client services, to align POV demos with business objectives and client needs.
7. Feedback Incorporation: Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine and enhance the demos to better meet their expectations and needs.
8. User Experience (UX) Design: Pay attention to the user experience and ensure that demos are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging.
.Follow a user-centric approach by conducting user research and applying design thinking principles to facilitate ideation and innovation to align solutions with client needs.
.Conceptualize the application interfaceand create high fidelity mock-up screens highlighting the end-to-end application workflow.
9. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for all assets, including instructions for use, technical requirements, and any relevant context.
10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on how to effectively use and present POV demos.
11. Use various ideation techniques such as mind mapping, storyboarding, and rapid prototyping to explore and refine ideas.
12. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for integrating emerging Intelligent automation technologies
13. Work closely with the development and testing team to ensure that the final product aligns with the envisioned business requirements and meets quality standards.
14. Conduct post implementation analysis to evaluate any ideas of improvement and optimization of our solution.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in a relevant BA role, having worked on tech products
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / MBA or a related field.
- Proven experience in design thinking,human-centered design principles, user experience design, and multimedia content creation.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work with relevant software and tools for demo creation.
- Familiarity working with design tools like Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Excellent project management skills to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong analytical thinking , problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Detail oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously within deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Adaptability and a willingness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and design trends.
