Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager/ HRBP. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of work experience in Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Generalist HR Activities. The candidate must be proficient in MS Stack and could run and manage HR Activities along with the team.
Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition & Talent management 45%
Talent acquisition & Talent management.
Quality of the Hire & Turn Around time need to be at least 2 weeks before new Hire Joins.
Employee Engagement 20%
Employee satisfaction Survey.
Conduct cost effective Employment Engagement Activities.
Employee Productivity (cost to Serve) 20%
Implement Methods to Reduce Risk.
Revisit Compensation & Benefits as per needs.
Consider Outsourcing Services.
Entire Salary process needs to be digitized.
Hr Operations 10%
Performance Appraisal Management Cycle.
HRIS & Performance Tracking.
Employee Learning & Development Initiatives.
Incentives & Variable calculations.
General & HR Administration 5%
Statutory compliance.
Liaising with Government Officials.
