Job Position : SAP Fico FICO/Hana ConsultantExperience : 6-10 years Location : Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida, Mumbai , Pune , Kolkata, Delhi , HyderabadNotice period : 0-15 days Job Description :We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO+Hana Consultant with a strong background in FI & CO, including expertise in S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 full life cycles and hands-on experience in at least one implementation on S/4 HANA.Key Responsibilities :Implementation Expertise : Lead and contribute to SAP projects, including Implementations, Upgrades, Rollouts, and Systems Integration, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines.Independent Work : Demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams within an on/off-shore model.Solution Design : Understand client requirements, create high-level design solutions, and implement them efficiently in alignment with project goals.Financial Domain Knowledge : Possess strong financial domain knowledge and the capability to provide expert advice to customer business teams in finance areas.Problem Solving : Exhibit a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, ensuring effective resolution of complex issues.Team Collaboration : Be a valuable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the project team.Skills & Requirements:Technical Expertise : Proficient in SAP FICO+Hana, S/4 HANA, with hands-on experience in at least one S/4 HANA implementation.Analytical Skills : Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems and address complex business challenges.Team Player : Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration within the project team.Certification : SAP Certification is required, and exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is an added advantage.Knowledge Transfer : Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay updated on current trends and technical advancements in the SAP landscape.Additional Skills : Knowledge in ABAP debugging, Report painter would be an added advantage.
