Job Overview:

The Implementation Associate in the Sakon Devices practice is a client facing role in which the associate is part of an onboarding team responsible for the full lifecycle of the customer onboarding experience.

This role is part project management and part product configuration as the associate must consume client requirements identified via a series of workshops and documented in a functional solution specification and configure the Sakon devices platform to meet the solution identified. Additionally, this role works with other internal stakeholders to assure project deliverables and timelines are understood and met.

The Implementation Associate supports multiple implementations working closely with an Implementation Lead and other functional stakeholders assuring that the solution is documented in key process documents and communicated through project meetings. Role and Responsibilities • Work with Implementation Lead and internal teams to review and/or prepare project documentation for a given project including scope, requirements and project plans

• Attend project and client meetings to assist in providing status updates or clarifying deliverables • Map customer requirements to Sakon Devices product and configure software for new and existing clients; Assist in the development of use cases and test cases, as necessary,

• Review and validate data files and provide recommendation in case of any gaps; Load data files and validate successful loading in portal or raise tickets in the event of issue

• Identify and assist in resolving issues identified during the product configuration, testing and production implementation

• Review deliverables of junior project members and provide required support and guidance

• Communicate escalations or issues to Implementation Lead and internal stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring that all communications are professional, timely and accurate

• Communicate with customers as needed throughout the implementation project lifecycle

Competencies and Key Skills

• Excellent English reading, comprehension and writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English with a neutral or US accent

• Solid understanding and hands on experience in product implementation and configuration

• Proficient in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Hlookup, etc.)

• Ability to think critically, document factually, and stay focused on the underlying business requirements to contribute to a technical team environment

• Ability to organize self, including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, completing tasks to tight deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically across global business units

• Self-driven, results-oriented, high attention to detail and strong time management

Qualifications/Experience

• Any Graduate/PG, Graduate from technical background

• 2-4 years' experience in technical implementations

• Experience in the Telecom domain or mobility software solutions is a plus
