Assistant Manager(s)/ Manager(s) – Audit & Assurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the engagements in the field of

• Statutory Audits
• Internal Audits
• Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
• Ind AS transition
• Preparation of AS/Ind AS Financial statements including consolidation
• Assurance/ Advisory for IPO including restatement
• Tax Audit

Required:

CA with 0 - 3 years experience

• Reasonable fundamentals in accounting and auditing
• Understanding of financial statements
• Understanding of controls and processes
• Inquisitiveness for learning and flair for excellence
• Openness to travel to client locations including outstation
• Exposure to audit & assurance in articled training/ post-qualification
• Team management skills
