- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using cold calling techniques.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Hindi and Bengali languages to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Continuously improve communication and persuasion skills to enhance customer engagement.
