Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements & provide analytical support.
- Organising data, utilising technical expertise to ensure data is accurate and high quality.
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
- Interpreting patterns and trends
- Developing and maintaining databases
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and visualisations to management to assist in decision making.
- Using data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities, system modification, data governance strategies.
Skills Required
- Proficient in Data & Statistical analysis & explorations
- Strong command over querying relational databases to extract & manipulate data
- Expertise in creating data rich dashboards and reports utilising data visualisation tools (representing data in an easy-to-understand visual format)
- Solid understanding of statistical methods & modelling techniques
- Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical & non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively, demonstrating effective management of time and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail orientated, possessing thoroughness in reviewing and interpreting data
