Overview:

As a Channel Partner Manager in the real estate industry you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners such as real estate agents brokers and other industry stakeholders. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Partner Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents brokers and other channel partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners addressing inquiries providing support and ensuring a positive experience.

2.Onboarding and Training:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners ensuring they have a clear understanding of company policies products and services.

Provide training and resources to help partners effectively market and sell the companys real estate offerings.

3.Sales Enablement:

Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys goals.

Provide sales tools marketing materials and other resources to enhance partner effectiveness in promoting and selling properties.

4.Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze the performance of channel partners against established metrics and goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to partners to optimize their sales efforts.

5.Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the sales marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate partner feedback and market insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

6.Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.

Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

7.Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.

Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market research.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in channel partner management preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and convey complex real estate information to partners and clients.

Analytical skills to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

Familiarity with real estate market trends regulations and industry best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
