Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food And Beverage Supervisor at Miss Pinto Delhi located in New Delhi. The Food And Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation and providing exceptional customer service in the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas. The supervisor should ensure that all food and drink orders are prepared in a timely manner and up to company standards, resolve customer complaints, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Additionally, the supervisor should supervise the staff in all related areas of the restaurant and banquet hall.

Qualifications Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management in a high-volume restaurant environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong leadership and team building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and accuracy Good time management skills and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications and Point of Sales (POS) software Knowledge of food safety regulations and public health standards

Preferred Skills: Experience in Indian cuisine preferred Multilingual in Hindi and English Experience with event planning and coordination
