Developing and implementing the organization's talent and human resources strategy. Partnering with leaders/Division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions and ensure talent acquisition is in line with organizational goals. Recruiting strategically, qualified, talented candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert position. Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing, and placing job ads.  Championing the on-boarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current.  Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help get employees equipped for their duties. Develop and implement methods of identification of gaps in employee’s productivity/efficiency. Oversee the learning and development needs of the organization and presenting training options for employees.  Coordinate training sessions and seminars.  Monitor evaluation mechanism of trainees.  Continuing the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.  Working with key stakeholders to deliver on transformational business strategies to enhance the success through new and innovating HR ideas.  Creating and revising job descriptions.  Developing, analysing, and updating the Institutions evaluation program.  Assist with performance management procedures.  Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy.  Establish strong connections with employees of the company including sales team, pan India.  Reviewpolicies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations.  Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures and revising the Institutions handbook on policies and procedures.  Resolving conflicts and ensuring policy awareness.  Conducting annual salary surveys.  Developing, analysing, and updating the Institutions salary budget.  Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.  Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees.  Implementing and revising Institutions compensation program.  Leadcompensation planning and salary reviews recommending strategies for continuous improvement.  Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.  Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.  Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.  Designing and conducting training's for HR team for productivity enhancement.  Anyother role or assignment given by the management.
