We are Hiring for Gujarat Dahej Company: Muby chem Pvt Ltd Position: Electrical Engineer Qualification: B.E - Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: 3 to 4 Years Experience Job Location: Gujarat Dahej CTC: Up to 50K Job Description: Operation and maintenance of electrical panel like PCC, MCC, LDB and PDB. Maintain power factor up to 0.99, APFC panel Control, Operation & Maintenance Operation and maintenance of Transformer, Motors, Motor starter and VFD panel. Operation, maintenance and commissioning of UPS, Battery Charger and Battery Bank. Fault finding and trouble shooting in Electrical panel, VFD Panel and any electrical equipment. Operation and maintenance ofRotary Screw Air Compressor & Heat less Dryer. To maintain, repair and troubleshoot of all Electrical Equipment. Selection of cable and laying of cable. Knowledge of Installation of Earthing pits, Maintain Earthing values, periodic testing of Earth pits. Knowledge of Installation of lightning Arrestor with down conductor. Develop indoor and outdoor lighting for proper illumination. Maintenance of the lighting system. Installation, Erection and commissioning of Electrical equipment's like panel, transformer, Motor. Having installation experience of Fire Alarm System, Smoke detector. Installation of Telephone system, Internet and CCTV System with knowledge of cables, cable crimping and connections. To plan & carry out preventive maintenance as per plan and availability of equipments. To carry out Breakdown maintenance on top priority with minimum downtime, Standby equipments to be kept in healthy conditions. Knowledge of Vendor development and procurement for electrical items. Spare procurements & monitor inventory of critical spares. Liaison with contractor, GEB, Torrent or Govt body. To co-ordinate with user department and contractors for jobs as per requirement. Coordination & support project activity. Follow all safety rules and safe work practices, permit systems. Monitoring & controlling of maintenance cost. To prepare Daily/monthly work and Energy report.
