EQ India Career Returners Programme: Delphi Developer Location: Chennai / Bangalore Mode of Operation: Hybrid Are you ready to reignite your career journey Equiniti (EQ) India is partnering with Career Returners to launch the EQ India Career Returners Programme, for individuals who have taken a career break and are eager to re-enter the workforce.
You will be an experienced professional who has had a career break of 18 months or more (as of March 2024) for childcare, eldercare or other reasons. You may have been working small-scale around your other commitments or you may not have done any paid work at all during this period.

Business Function The department use various outputs (Products) that will be created by the Work Streams that will enable the clients to be migrated from the FIS Sunstar system to the EQ systems. To deliver a transitional architecture that supports current and new EQ solution platforms during the migration transition.
Core Responsibilities: - Understanding requirements and design specifications.
- Contributing to technical design discussions, prototypes and investigations
- Delivering quality software following coding, accessibility and cross browser standards
- Unit test and integration test software as appropriate.
- Documenting as required by project/team leads
- Resolve issues found in formal test iterations
- Regularly report progress, issues and any impediments via stand-ups, time/task recording tools and with team leads and project management.
- Maintaining a high degree of knowledge on current technologies, tools and design patterns.
- Responding to production support issues within agreed SLAs
Skills Attributes And Behaviour - Extensive experience and knowledge of designing and programming software with Object Oriented technologies and methods.
- Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in developing application
- Experience with Delphi and Strong Experience in oops.
