Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Supervisor located in Noida. The Floor Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with managing the store, including supervising sales associates and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for training and coaching sales associates to optimize their performance and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
