Job description

Leads and manages Hotel/Frozen food sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of Organisations objectives.
Highly energetic & team player with fragility to work. Good communication / convincing skills in order to get in Hotel sales from B2B market, having good contacts in B2B market to grab the sales. Willingness to travel in order to get the B2B sales to the system.
Works with the management team for Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of sales functions.
Maximise all revenue opportunities to achieve stretched monthly annual targets as per budgets and manage sales cash flow in a result-focused environment.
Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Hotels and Hotel chain.
Develop new feeder markets, Identifying potential customers business 0pportunities.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts.
Plan and participate in Sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Develop relationships within the Hotel community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
Applicant must have Strong selling skills and techniques and possess sound knowledge about the Indian market.
Possess strong communication skills.
