Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and recruiting new franchise partners across India. The role involves developing and executing business plans, managing franchising operations, and providing support to franchise partners. It will also involve traveling frequently to various locations for business development activities.
Qualifications
- Franchise Sales and Business Planning skills
- Experience in franchising, retail, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of lead generation and successful sales history
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus
