We are looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Data analyst responsibilities entail conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Embrace a scientific-led, hypothesis-driven approach to understanding and synthesizing disparate and/or ambiguous data/intelligence/observations in establishing the most appropriate and effective analytics
- Ensure activation and adoption of best-practice methods, tools and assets while flexing engagement approach to meet the needs of a given pursuit or project team
- Embrace solving challenging problems in an innovative, unique manner that unlocks new ways of working on multiple projects with varied requirements
- Provide exceptional client service (internal/external) across multiple pursuits/projects by consistently demonstrating the ability to prioritize critical activities to meet business needs under limited, often demanding, timelines
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Data/ Business Analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Microsoft Power BI etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Ability to execute performance standards with a high degree of independence and autonomy
- Collaborate effectively with peers and colleagues across domain areas of sales, pricing, solution and commercial strategy design, development and execution
- Mentor less experienced team members to build a strong technical foundation and create exposure to the domains like price modelling, data structuring, and presentation

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
Experience:
- 3-6+ years of experience in professional services environment preferrable in Data Analytics and Visualization function.
- Expert proficiency in working with different ETL tools related to Analytics and Visualization
Certification Requirements:
