• Profit and loss statement of group
• Cash flow of group
• Funds flow
• Process Documentation and Automation
• Financial Restructuring of Group
• Revenue Assurance
• Closely Monitoring the Financial health of the Company
• Banking and relationships with them
• Audit- internal and external.
• Statutory compliances.
• The maximum utilization of man, machinery, material and market potentials are identified and informed on routine basis to Managing Director.
