Job description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits. - Answer questions about products or the company and address any concerns or objections. - Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and input orders into the system accurately. - Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database. - Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager. - Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales processes and strategies. - Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, even during challenging interactions. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.Job tags
