Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Visa Consultant (Global Visa) in Kochi. As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their visa application process, providing information about visa requirements and strategies, and ensuring that all documents and applications are properly completed and filed correctly. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and requirements and provide customized solutions to ensure their successful travel abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Hospitality, Tourism, International Relations, or Business
• At least 2 years of experience working in the travel industry, specifically in visa consultancy or related roles
• Demonstrated expertise in global visa requirements, procedures, and regulations, especially UK, US, Canada, Schengen, and Australia Visa.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically in challenging situations
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and relevant software
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
