Job description

Experience/Skills - Mandatory
-Familiarity with various testing frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, and other Java-based testing tools to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and automated UI testing.

-Experience in using automation tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) like Azure Pipelines, Maven, or Gradle, NPM/NodeJS, which can be integrated with Java/JS-based testing frameworks.

-Knowledge of test design methodologies, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and other strategies to create effective test cases.

-Strong debugging skills to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and analyze failures in Java-based applications

Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems to manage test codebase, track changes, and collaborate effectively within a team

-Understanding of Agile practices and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

-Effective communication to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and report issues clearly.

-Understanding of fundamental software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Experience/Skills - Would be good.

- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database testing, understanding database structures, and verifying data integrity in Java applications.

- Playwright

- Experienced in SAFe methodologies

- Knowledge about arc42
