The team you will be a part of The Retail Marketing team is accountable for driving sell-out to the end-consumer through stores across all Channels by designing and executing the merchandising strategy as well as leveraging on the Promoter network across the geography. This Role In Summary Work closely with the RMM& Director-Retail Marketing in setting and delivering Retail functional goals. Managing and developing the retail vertical with focus on RE deployment, productivity, BTL and Trade Marketing execution Your Responsibilities Will Include ▪ Managing Retail and trade marketing execution ▪ Managing BTL activations ▪ Planning and execution of RE management activities ▪ RE productivity management& RE SELLOUT management ▪ Secondary sales MIS infrastructure/ reporting ▪ Managing RE Connect including backend operations management ▪ Vendor management ▪ Driving visibility initiatives – In shop and Out shop branding ▪ Managing merchandising ▪ Festival consumer offer management ▪ Secondary sales data analysis and interpretation ▪ Communication management from HO to region and Branch Marketing Minimum RequirementsJob tags
