Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a customer care executive at Konnect Diagnostics in Hyderabad. The customer care executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu language
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
